Housekeeping service was very good: room was serviced promptly and thoroughly. I found bed to be very comfortable (and I’m very finicky about beds!). There’s a tram that runs from the hotel lobby to the beach. Overall the property is quite well maintained and easy to get around. There’s a hotel app that allows you to book restaurants (except Japanese), location map and lists activities. But the staff did apologize, so that was fine. Check-in was fairly efficient but there were so many guests arriving it took 2 hrs to deliver my luggage to the room. When I arrived the resort was absolutely packed.
